The service
Vitverk, Iceland, provides Seed, a guest simulation available through flaxa.app, mcp.flaxa.app, and compatible chat plugins. These terms apply to your use of that service. Contact support@vitverk.is about the service or these terms.
Seed is an independent demonstration inspired by SEED. It is not the live game, is not provided by Klang Games, and does not control a Klang Games account or live character. Simulated activities, inventories, wages, goals, and fictional events have no real-world value or effect. Descriptions of the game do not guarantee that its current mechanics match this demonstration.
The initial release is intended for users in Iceland. Use through a chat host also requires compliance with that host's eligibility, age, and usage rules. The host's service and any charges it imposes are separate from Seed.
Temporary play and no purchases
No Seed account is required. Progress lives in the open companion and resets on reload or close. Seed does not provide saved worlds, real purchases, payments, trading, employment, or background game activity. A displayed balance or resource is fictional; it cannot be redeemed for money or goods.
An AI response or plan is not proof that an action ran. Check the companion and tool results. Host support varies, and a tool may process a supplied snapshot without changing the visible guest. Do not use Seed as storage for information you need to keep.
Using Seed responsibly
You may use the hosted demonstration and its supported tools for their intended purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, overwhelm its endpoints, bypass safeguards, misuse another guest's credentials, or submit material you are not entitled to use. Do not submit credentials, sensitive personal information, or unlawful content. Follow applicable law and respect other people's rights.
We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security incident, a legal requirement, or a material breach of these terms. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue. You can stop using Seed at any time by closing the view and disconnecting it in your host.
Content and intellectual property
You retain any rights you have in text you supply. You allow us to process that text only as needed to provide the requested simulation, deliver it to the host you use, and handle it as described in the privacy policy. This does not transfer ownership of your content to Vitverk.
The software, visual assets, names, and other materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Permission to use the hosted service is not a license to redistribute its source code, branding, or third-party assets. A public repository does not itself grant such a license. Any separate license explicitly provided with a component applies to that component. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law gives you.
Availability and responsibility
Seed is an evolving demonstration. Features may change, and errors, outages, host incompatibilities, or lost guest progress can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every host, or permanent preservation of a session. We may maintain, change, or discontinue the service, subject to applicable legal duties, and will provide notice of material changes where reasonably practicable or legally required.
Use the simulation for entertainment and experimentation. Its fictional results are not professional advice or a basis for real-world financial, medical, legal, or employment decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Responsibility for any loss is determined under applicable law; these terms do not impose a blanket waiver of claims or an obligation to indemnify Vitverk.
Privacy, changes, and disputes
The privacy policy explains guest state, temporary commands, technical processing, support enquiries, and information shared with chat hosts. The host's own terms and privacy policy govern its separate processing.
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable law. We will publish the updated terms with a revised date and provide any additional notice or agreement required by law. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued or retrospectively change how a past dispute is treated.
Icelandic law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. This choice does not remove consumer protections or access to courts or regulators that you have under applicable law. Contact support@vitverk.is if something is wrong so we can try to resolve it; contacting us is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.
